Online & Mobile Banking

At DOCCU, we know that having convenient, easy access to your money is important to you. With DOCCU@Home®, access your accounts from anywhere. You can manage your finances when and where it’s convenient for you, send secure messages to us, apply for a loan, and much more.

Mobile Banking

We’re mobile! Take us with you everywhere you go with DOCCU@HOME®! You can find us in the App Store and Google Play! If you are already using our app, you can automatically access all of your account information from the palm of your hand. If not, contact us, and we can help get you signed up today!

Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile check deposit is available through the mobile app. Deposit checks the moment you receive them without having to come to a branch location. Contact your local branch for information on how to sign up for this service.

Mobile Wallet

Enjoy the ability to pay from your mobile phone’s digital wallet! You have the capability of securely storing your DOCCU Debit or Credit Card to make purchases at participating stores just by holding your phone near an in-store terminal.

Bill Pay

Pay your bills online! All you need is a DOCCU checking account and online banking. To get started, log in to DOCCU@Home® and click on bill pay located in the menu options. No checks to write and no envelopes to mail. All you have to do is just “click,” and your bills are paid!

E-Services

Try our e-Services to help simplify things!

e-Statements & Notices

Our e-Statement and e-Notice service is the fastest and most secure way to receive your monthly or quarterly statements and notices. No need to worry about sensitive information being lost in the mail or taken from your mailbox. You will receive an email when statements or notices are ready for viewing.

e-Alerts

With e-Alerts, you can keep track of your accounts with the speed of a text or email. You can manage and select when to receive alerts relating to balances, deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, or even be notified when a specific check clears.

You must be enrolled in online banking to set up e-Statements, e-Notices, or e-Alerts.

Already enrolled in online banking?

  1. Log in to online banking.

  2. Once logged in, locate the menu options (three horizontal bars to the left).

  3. Select ‘E-ALERTS’ under ‘SERVICES’.

  4. Manage the email address to create alerts or receive statements or notices electronically.

  5. Click ‘SUBMIT’ and agree to the disclosure.

e-Receipts

e-Receipts are a convenient way to keep your financial information confidential without the hassle of paper!

e-Notifications

Have you downloaded our mobile app? If so, get notified of account activity such as balances, card approvals, or other transactions via push notifications (a pop-up alert) to your smart device.

In the DOCCU app menu options:

  1. Go to ‘SERVICES’.

  2. Select ‘NOTIFICATIONS’ to enable or disable notifications.

  3. Customize your notification.

Audio Response

Our audio response system is available 24/7. With your personal identification number (PIN), you can perform balance inquiries, hear account history, request a check withdrawal, and/or perform transfers from any phone. Call (225) 381-9811 or toll-free (877) 362-7005.


Skip-A-Pay

Unexpected Expenses? Skip-A-Pay Can Help!

DOCCU’s Skip-A-Pay program gives you the opportunity to skip one (1) month’s payments per loan within a 12-month period. Click below to download the form.


Click Pay

Make a deposit or payment to your DOCCU account or loan from your account at another financial institution.

  • Payments/deposits made with click pay will not be immediately applied to your account 

  • Payments/deposits made before 3 p.m. CST M-F, excluding holidays, will be credited to your account by the end of that business day

  • Payments/deposits made after 3 p.m. CST or on weekends or holidays will be credited by the end of the next business day


External Account Transfers

With External Transfers, you can conveniently transfer money to and from your account held at other financial institutions.

 To get started, simply login your account HERE locate “External Transfers” in the Transfers menu.

You will need to know your routing and account number at your other financial institution and verification is required. To verify, two small trial credits will be sent to your “external account” as well as a debit for the same dollar amount. You will be required to enter the two trial credit amounts confirming your external account.

Generally, external transfers take up to two (2) business days to process. There is a $2,500 per day limit, and after successful initial set up, you can manage or schedule transfers from the mobile app!

Other Services

Wire Transfers

DOCCU offers wire transfer services for members who need to send or receive money!

Outgoing Wires

You can securely send money fast to family, friends, or to another financial institution from your DOCCU savings or checking account. Money can be wired anytime during DOCCU’s regular business hours and is guaranteed same-day arrival if sent before 3:30 p.m. CST*. Contact one of our nine locations for information!

*Any wire request submitted after 3:30 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day.

Incoming Wires

Need to move funds from another bank to your DOCCU account? DOCCU accepts incoming wires. We charge a modest fee for an incoming wire*, and your money is available immediately. The following information is required when wiring funds to your credit union account:

  1. Receiving Financial Institution: Department of Corrections Credit Union

  2. Routing Number: 265473472

  3. Final Credit To (Beneficiary): Member Name

  4. Beneficiary Account: Member Account number and suffix
    *You may incur an outgoing wire fee from your transferring bank.

Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders

For those times when you are unable to use a personal check, cashier’s checks and money orders are easy ways to make payments.

  • Cashier’s Checks

  • Money Orders – $500 maximum per money order

Visa® Gift Cards

Need a gift but not sure what to get? A Visa® Gift Card is always the perfect choice. Purchase one at your nearest DOCCU location.

  • Gift cards – Available from $10 up to $1,000

Text Messaging

DOCCU has text messaging! Text “DOCCU” to 74994 to opt-in and stay up to date with our news, alerts, and offers!

With text messaging, you can ask questions regarding your account, transactions, loans, payments, and more directly to your mobile device.

At DOCCU, our safe and secure texting solution gives you and the credit union an easy way to communicate and the ability to speed up the process.

Safe and secure! When we text you, we will never ask for your account number or your social security number, and, when you text us, we will verify your identity by using methods other than account number/social security number.
