Card Fraud Alerts is a great way to stay informed and protect your account from potential fraud. Please ensure your cell phone number and email address are current on your DOCCU account. At DOCCU, protecting your personal information is our top priority. We will never ask you for your account number, PIN, or other personal information via text message. Our Fraud Alerts will only list the last four digits of the card number involved. If you receive a text message asking for your account number or other personal information, please do not respond, contact us directly to verify its authenticity.
